How does this work?
1. Log in to your BitFlyer account on your web browser.
2. Click on the “Referral Program” tab
3. Get your own referral link from the “Share with Friends” button.

4. Select a friend and send the link with the invitation.
5. Your friend needs to click on the link, then create a BitFlyer account. They should fill the invite code which is in the invitation. Without the code, both you and your friend will not be eligible for the prize.

6. Your friend deposits and trades any crypto worth €100 or more. (Crypto deposits are not eligible for this program)
7. Both you and your friend get €10 worth of bitcoin!
Details about the program
Rewards will be sent within 24 hours after your referral deposit and trade of €100 or more and there is no upper limit on the number of people you can refer.
Your friends can trade crypto using the Buy/Sell or Instant Buy and Recurring Buy features. Trading activity originating on the BitFlyer Lightning Platform is excluded.

Disclaimer:
• To be eligible to participate, individuals must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• To be eligible to participate, individuals must reside within the European Economic Area.
• To be eligible to participate, individuals must be upgraded to Trade PRO on the BitFlyer platform
• BitFlyer accounts are limited to one account per person. Customers who already have a BitFlyer account prior to the start of this referral program cannot create duplicate accounts.
Customers who have closed their BitFlyer account at the time of awarding are not eligible for this program
• If the referred user fails to meet the requirements to receive the bonus within 90 days of account opening, then either party will not receive the bonus.
• To be eligible for referral bonus payments, individuals must deposit 100EUR or more by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. Crypto deposits are not eligible to qualify under this program.
• To be eligible for referral bonus payouts, all eligible trades must be placed through BitFlyer’s Buy/Sell marketplace options (Instant Buy or Recurring Buy). Lightning Exchange orders are not eligible under this referral program.
• Opening an account by any means other than the invitation URL will result in disqualification for this program.
Customers who had a BitFlyer account prior to the start of this program are not eligible to be referred.
• Customers whose accounts are closed or restricted prior to the commencement of this program are not eligible for this program.
• Rights acquired through the program are not transferable to any other person.
• The BTC/EUR exchange rate will be based on the rate on our exchange platform at the time of the reward.
• The objective of this program is to attract new customers and to reward those customers who actually intend to be our active customers and use our services. Hence if we detect some behavior which indicates that someone is using this referral program for the sole purpose of collecting rewards without the actual intention of using our service, we may initiate action in such cases eligibility may be terminated. For example, customers who meet the following criteria may lose their eligibility to receive rewards. Even if the awards have already been given, they may be recalled. Eligibility for further participation in this program may also be terminated.
• If it is detected that the customer has more than one account
• If the registered email address is unable to receive emails or does not receive emails sent for this program
• If the account was created using false information
• If we detect any fraudulent activity like spoofing, affiliates etc.
• any other action that is considered to be in violation of our Terms of Use, illegal, or failure to meet our requirements
• Please note that the list is not exhaustive.
• In case of restocking, whichever is available and the higher value of the lower will be debited from the customer’s account. The Crypto/EUR rate will be based on the rate on our exchange platform at the time of recall.

• We will not respond to any inquiries regarding customer eligibility.
