Era Labs has been indicted for illegally using the wolf skull symbol for its Bored Ape Kennel Club (BAKC) collection.

A Twitter user named Jdotcolombo, found In a post shared on Apr 5th, 2021, Easy Drawing Guides shared a “step-by-step tutorial” on how to draw a wolf skull.

The art displayed by the forum was identical to the symbol displayed in the official logo of the Kennel Club of BAYC, which raised doubts about the originality of the Kennel Club collectibles, which was released on June 17, 2021.
The launch of NFTs primarily focused on offering solutions to illegal use of intellectual properties. However, it seems that Era Labs did not follow these standards and did everything the other way around.

Yuga Labs co-founder Greg Solano revealed that the NFT marketplace hired a freelancer to design the logo.
On top of this, Solano said that Era Labs is set to remove the logo and will ask other marketplaces to do the same. In addition, Solando said that the company is investigating the matter internally.
The Bored Ape Kennel Club (BAKC) collection has a total volume of approximately 194,000 Ether (ETH) and is classified among the top NFT collections created by Yuga Labs.
